The changemanager is focusing on the human side of change, including changes in business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organizational structures, and more.Primary responsibility includes creating and implementing change management strategies & plans that maximise employee acceptance and use and minimise resistance prioritising on Finance value creation & well defined adoption KPIs.The ChangeManager must establish contacts throughout the organisation, support leaders in their role as changemanagers and motivate change agents to increase the footprint towards a new situation.Responsibilities Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to drive expected adoption and usage including value definition, adoption KPIs, change management network activation, etc.Establish, implement and manage the overall change management plan with role-based plans for leaders and action plans such as a communication, training, change agent plan,Collaborate with, advise and coach change management project teamsAct as a support & advisor to senior leaders and executives to help them assume their role as change sponsorsCreate lasting change management communication, linking back each projects objectives to the overall Finance Transformation agendaAs a member of the Proximuschange management guild, the ChangeManager plays an active role by sharing his vision, approach and best practices and implementing the recommendations.
