Your main responsibilities:
You develop the yearly promotional plan on brand & segment level.
Align with all parties involved (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Field, Supply Chain and finally present the proposed yearly promo plan for approval to the Management Team.You lead the full promo process:
from strategy recommendations, planning construction, execution, POS material creation (together with the Shopper Activation Specialist), post-evaluation and promo budget management (together with Finance).You drive efficiencies in dashboarding or post-evaluation tools as well as advising sales teamYou act as a highly collaborative liaison between Brand Marketing, Sales and customers to facilitate integration of all marketing and trade initiatives to ensure a cohesive marketing plan.You are putting in place, executing and improving processes to link all Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team.
Consult both internally and externally to gain information and insights, as well as achieve results that are aligned with corporate and functional objectives.You understand and combine brand and customer priorities and use the planning process to drive strategic alignmentYou support in the recommendation of SKU assortment priorities, financial guidelines and synergies across customers and category within area of responsibility.You support the selling process in conjunction with Marketing and Sales, including all sales communications and materials, coordinating timelines for deliverables across multiple functions to ensure Sales team is fully equipped for successful sell-in.You plan in coordination with Marketing and Sales the support for all new launches and coordinate sales presenters & road shows for sales teams.You assess launch success & prepare closing report for major launches.You collaborate extensively with shopper marketing team to share ideas, insights and best practices.QualificationsWorking in the world’s largest pure-play coffee and tea company means big ambitions, and big ambition means big responsibility. You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)You have experience in FMCGYou possess strong analytical skills and high accuracy, you are strong in Excel & dashboard creationYou have some notion of financial acumen and it’s a plus if you have knowledge of NielsenIQ and GfK data and PowerBIYou are results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating profile.
