ensuring that contracts are executed correctly, monitoring performance and compliance and taking action when necessary.You hold a master's degree in (civil) engineering, and/or applied economics business engineer, or equal by experience.You’re a real talent in negotiating and steer each discussion towards the desired results.Interest and affinity for technical subjects, willing to learn.Minimum of 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.You’re fluent in English, Dutch is an asset.You will work in the DEME HQ in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, and are prepared to travel when needed.No two days the same:

A 2nd offshore wind zone is being planned in the Princess Elisabeth zone off the Belgian coast.
To bring this energy ashore, an energy hub is being built in the sea, in the form of an island, more than 40 km off the Belgian coast.
This island – the Princess Elisabeth Island – will house the electrical components to bring the energy from the annual wind farms to the mainland.
The Princess Elisabeth Island will be the first energy island in the world, a unique project.
