Support the coordination and management of the WKD stakeholders’ network (e.g., organize calls, take minutes, answer public inquiries).
Assist in coordinating and managing the WKD stakeholders' network by organizing meetings, scheduling calls, maintaining records of discussions, and responding to inquiries from the public and stakeholders.
Advocacy (50%) Coordinate online meetings and other external events.
Draft presentations, speeches, press releases and social media updates for both internal and external audiences.
Record minutes of the meetings and preparing leadership reports for various internal audiences.
Support the ISN Advocacy team in various administrative and governance tasks.
Foster effective communication by liaising with members, supporting Working Groups, and Regional Boards.
Profiel Required Excellent knowledge of multi-channel social media communication:
Proficient in drafting engaging captions, utilizing graphic design tools, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance metrics.
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills:
Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing.
C2 Level Written and Spoken English.
Desired University Degree in Politics, International Relations, or Communications.
1 year experience in the health policy sector, ideally within a membership body.
Knowledge of global health issues, particularly in the realm of non - communicable diseases.
Demonstrated advocacy skills and good understanding of the health policy discourse.
Previous experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software e.g.
Salesforce and Member Suite.
Proven ability to produce results within tight deadlines and under pressure.
