Some of yourmain duties & responsibilities:
You are assigned with detecting, analyzing, initiating, and managing global continuousimprovement and energy programs, projects, and initiatives in line with strategic projects defined by the Executive Committee.
You ensure that the impact of the projects is sustainable in the long term.
You provide comprehensive reporting to senior management or the Executive Committee, covering aspects such as budget, KPIs, achieved benefits, and training status.You are responsible for the multi-site energy certification (ISO 50 001) and developing a plan to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from direct and indirect sources across our facilities.
You support and coordinate the efforts of continuousimprovement coordinators and energy experts in alignment with their direct managers.
Moreover, you arrange training sessions for black, green, or yellow belt certifications.
You ensure the proper implementation and dissemination of continuousimprovement methodologies.You continuously update your knowledge and expertise in continuousimprovement and energy, while also analyzing opportunities for Oleon.In this role, you will report directly to theIndustrial Director.
Whom are we looking for? You hold a master’s degree in chemical engineering, process engineering or a related field along with at least 10 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a similar industry.You possess a profound comprehension of continuousimprovement principles and lean methodologies.You have a black belt or lean six sigma certifications.
You have experience in implementing energy management systems (ISO 50 001).Your strong interpersonal skills empower you to provide functional leadership to diverse teams.
You can present data in a structured manner.
You are fluent in English and a proficiency in French would be an asset.
You are willing to occasionally travel to various Oleon sites (30%).
