Oversee the global share plan and monitor and expand the Belgian flexible compensation & benefits plan.Maintain job descriptions and multiple job grading systems that are currently used worldwide across different populations, ensuring their accurate and appropriate implementation.Improve, implement, coordinate, and communicate the multi-country merit and bonus process.Manage individual international mobility files comprehensively.Lead or participate in diverse reward, general HR, or HR digitalization projects.Assist during personnel budget discussions and in collective labor agreement preparations.Prepare information and ensure communication to HR, management and employees regarding compensation & benefits related topics.
Who are we looking for? You have a proven track record in compensation & benefits management, preferably in an international setting.You have good knowledge of taxes and social security.You have excellent communication and intersocial skills.You like working autonomously and at the same time, you’re a real team player.You have professional knowledge of Dutch and English.
