Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to mitigate risks and enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
Drive the financial planning process, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and divisional growth.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements related to financial operations in Europe (with a strong expertise in Belgium & France).
Lead, guide, and mentor both internal finance team members and external finance contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
