The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline; Experience in financial management within a customer-funding environment; Experience in planning, preparation and production of budget submissions; Experience in budget execution and resourcemanagement; Experience in preparing, conducting and reporting using statistical sampling methods; Knowledge and experience in enterprise resource planning systems, project management processes, procedures and tools.
