- Define and ensure achievement of revenue target - Growing coworking space occupancy - Managing and converting incoming calls and requests into offers that will match prospects'needs resulting in won business. - Cross and upselling within your existing community - Selling serviced offices along with business meetings rooms, virtual offices in accordancewith our sales procedures - Coming up with and implementing event strategies to attract new prospects and animateyour existing community - Hosting local member gatherings and networking events along with the office manager (Asneeded work with social clients to organize celebrations of larger sizes) - Utilize sales data from CRM to leverage regular communication with client base and track allcorrespondence & communication. - Master part of the office manager’s job as to ensure 25% of your time In front desk.Exigences The job is perfect for you if… - You like to carry on projects and develop new things! - You set client satisfaction as top priority - You have at least 2 years of experience in relevants field(s) (office manager, - You are well organized and punctual - You love human interactions and have strong social skills - You have a vibrant personality filled with motivation! - You are comfortable using MS Office - You are fluent in Dutch and English.
