What will you be doing? Our Data & Analytics practice is looking for you to strengthen our delivery team in a wide range of Analytics, BusinessIntelligence and Data Management projects, within the market of FinancialServices.
As a BusinessIntelligenceconsultant, you will focus on understanding your clients business needs, realities and pain points, and becoming their trusted advisor.
You will define together with the client what insights would make the difference and develop the appropriate information solution end to end.
Furthermore, you will actively help our practice in its objective to stay a Leader in Data & Analytics.
Responsibilities would include the following:
Guide the clients and become their trusted advisor on Business Insights Define, guide and advise clients in developing businessintelligence strategies Work Closely with Data Quality teams to ensure higher consistency, timeliness, accuracy & completeness of the data used Work with clients to create impactful and interactive visualizations based on a broad range of data sets Plan, analyze and design the technology solutions to meet clients business needs Develop business requirements to drive functional needs for reporting and performance management applications Apply effective data story telling techniques to complement the insights gained through data Take an active role in coaching and developing junior consultants in the team Support in business development by participating in proposal writing, trainings, white papers..

Who are we looking for? You are passionate about delivering business insights through data vizualization and you want to continue to develop your expertise in this domain You have a proven track record and at least 2-5 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
Datavisualization, storytelling, businessIntelligence, data modeling, big data, management and regulatory reporting & data warehousing You have proven track record in businessintelligence project elaboration and delivery You have an interest in a wide variety of business topics, experience in banking and/or insurance is a pro You have a strong entrepreneurial and team spirit, balanced by a healthy sense of autonomy You have strong communication skills with the ability to tailor the communication to different levels of an organization and are able to build a trusted relationship with the client You are eager to learn and grow professionally You have Master’s Degree in Economics, (Business) Engineering, Sciences, Computer Sciences, Statistics or equivalent experience Hands-on experience with any of the following tools is a strong asset:
Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, SAS VA,… Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a proficient level of business English As you grow, you will take more responsibilities in the delivery and within the practice, manage multiple and complexer projects, to ultimately take more leadership roles, be the trusted advisor of the clients and the coach for the other consultants.
