As a BusinessDevelopment Manager you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Build a strong client base in Belgium.
Being a real team player in the Projective Group Talent (Exellys) BE Sales team Making sure that all sales efforts are strongly documented and followed up structurally.
Creating strong relationships with our clients to build talent partnerships.
Showcase towards our talents the client portfolio and be a spokesperson for our offering.
Next to being a pragmatic team player with a can-do mindset you… Hold a bachelor’s degree ideally in a commercial direction.
Are able to identify problems and provide solutions, to take initiative, prioritise and work under clearly set deadlines.
Can easily connect people enabling shared success.
Are well-organised with an eye for detail.
(near) native fluent in French or Dutch Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English +5 years’ experience in the field of businessdevelopment.
Already have built a starting network of clients that we can approach actively.
Can work with a CRM tool.
