Context The Sales and Relationship Management Division will implement a new operating model as part of the Client and Business Strategy reorganisation.

The focus is on holistic relationship with Global Firms, regardless of their geography.

We seek at penetrating the different influencing and decision-making parties throughout their organisation to position Euroclear as a true business partner and to develop mutually beneficial strategic relationships that deliver on our long-term growth plans.

Role The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Business Development ManagerDealers.

As Business Development Manager Dealers, you will:

Formulate sales and product promotion strategies with a primary focus on meeting sales targets Acquire new business within the specialized field and identify potential new business opportunities to be assessed by Product/Innovation Develop and retain client relationships in close collaboration with Relationship Managers and Product Management The BDM has a dedicated client portfolio and provides support to other clients upon request of a Relationship Manager.

In this role, the BDM will be responsible for meeting with clients and other external stakeholders and relevant trade associations, educating them about Euroclear Group services (securities financing and related services) and guiding/promoting in line with the defined product strategy.

The BDM will also play a key role in generating new business by identifying opportunities for potential service or product improvements, while developing a relationship with existing or prospective clients.

Responsibilities & Duties Develop a deep understanding of Euroclear's strategy – per region, product type and asset class
- as well as the outstanding needs, objectives and challenges of our clients ; Develop and maintain a clear understanding of Euroclear products and services, market trends, competitive landscape, industry developments and client insights and share this information with relevant stakeholders (.

sales, account management, product management) Assess systematically sales performance data to identify opportunities for sales improvement, including strategies for upselling and cross-selling Consistently cultivate strong connections with clients and internal stakeholders, including specialised buyers and business area heads within designated business areas Conduct in-depth assessments of unique client requirements to identify opportunities for tailored solutions in collaboration with other internal stakeholders Supervise the solution development process, ensuring a balanced approach that considers revenue, risk and cost Maintain a comprehensive view of Euroclear's value proposition within the relevant ecosystem and ensure that the teams involved understand their contributions to the overall objective to keep everyone engaged Gather and apply the Dealers ecosystem feedback to improve products, services, solutions and the overall client experience Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide client insights and solution opportunities to the product development team, encouraging a process of effective and coordinated solution development Serve as advocate for Euroclear’s offerings, promoting securities financing and other related services Continuously research and analyze market trends, identifying opportunities and threats Develop a strong ecosystem awareness, recogonizing potential clients and understanding the broader context in which the role operates This role will require up to 15% of travel Profile Technical Skills Master's Degree in finance, business, economics or related field 10+ years of demonstrated experience within specific financial business activity, with proven experience in client management, financial services, or a related field, with a focus on strategic and large client tiers In-depth and comprehensive understanding of industry, market, client needs, and the company's products and services offerings within designated scope of the client segment:

Dealers Strong clients focus and experience with client facing roles High understanding of the client segment to discuss thoughtfully with relevant stakeholders Proven or in-depth understanding of the Dealers ecosystem and related services in line with the Group strategy is imperative An understanding of the wider Euroclear Group products is critical Strong capacity to engage with front office and cultivating a deep understanding of their operations, articulating Euroclear’s product, enabling meaningful and impactful interactions Soft Skills Client Centricity:

 Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships with the relevant stakeholders in charge of the product/segment of primary market responsibility (Front and Middle Office….) Business Acumen:

 Demonstrate strong business acumen involving the ability to strategically assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.

This includes making decisions aligned with organizational goals, showcasing strategic thinking, and demonstrating advanced problem-solving skills in navigating complexities Analytical:

 Gather and analyze complex data to gain insights into challenges; build and employ innovative and strategic solutions; ensure data-driven decisions for the smooth resolution of complex issues Team work:
