Our Business Development team are responsible for guiding and coordinating partners’ activity, through analysis of their current results and helping them in planning and achieving new business goals.

The markets supported by this role are Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg and France.

  Responsibilities Be the main contact person and trusted advisor for existing leadership and performing Partners, guiding them to elevate their business activity levels.

Conduct one-on-one Planning Sessions with key Partners to help them set and achieve their goals.

Create detailed monthly plans that align with corporate activities, ensuring steady progress towards business goals.

Become an expert in all aspects of the Juice Plus+ business and processes, providing specialized knowledge in those areas.

Place a strong emphasis on Leadership Development, identifying emerging leaders and fostering their growth.

Gather feedback from the salesforce, track sales and volume data, and monitor trends.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to generate fresh ideas and projects that promote further growth in the Italian market and improve visibility and field response.

Design, promote, and host both online and offline trainings and meetings for distributors, focusing on Business Development related topics.

Collaborate with and support the Service Centre team in handling exceptional queries.

Give full support in implementing and executing sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements An excellent educational background, preferably with a commercial apprenticeship or a degree Possess experience in sales, commercial assistance, or marketing Skilled at working both independently and as part of an international, team-oriented, collaborative environment Demonstrate a proactive and trustworthy attitude Fluent in both Dutch and English (essential) Fluency in French is advantageous Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and appropriately internally and with our partners Preference for candidates with public speaking skills Flexible with work hours and adaptable to changing workloads Charismatic and able to bring positive energy and creativity to the team Availability to travel for events, trainings, and to meet with partners (this may require working overtime and/or on weekends) A genuine interest in healthy living, nutrition, and lifestyle
