Responsibilities The BusinessController will work closely with other departments especially Operations, Sales and Marketing and will act as a business partner.
Your insights and recommendations will be key to improve the efficiency and accuracy of existing reporting systems and to ensure profitable and long-term business growth.
Your responsibilities are:
Analyzing and reducing monthly operation variancesMonitor sales, margin and Opex performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growthStandard and budget costing calculation and analysisAd-Hoc financial analysisMonthly sales and margin reportingMonthly financial and management reportingDeliver and perform the month end closing procedurePerform internal control procedures in line with company policiesResponsibility over annual budget preparations and monthly forecasts for several BU’s Qualifications Bachelor / master’s degree in an economic related field eg.
Finance, accounting, Business Administration… 3-6 years of experience in a similar role Analytical thinker Thinking in solutions instead of problems Agile and ability to work in a corporate structure Precise, well organized and punctual workerTeamplayerHands-on mentality and result oriented personEager to learn and to grow Strong knowledge Office 365Very good oral and written knowledge of the English languageGood communication skillsWhat’s in it for you:
