The required profile for the BusinessController position:
Master's degree in economics, Finance or equivalent by experience; 5-7 years of experience in auditing, controlling, accounting; Manufacturing/plant exposure is a plus; Analytical and critical mindset with high sense for accurate reporting and respecting corporate deadlines; Ability to work in fast paced environment; needs to be able to multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
English is a must have; Strong interpersonal skills, able to work in a global team environment with a lot of cultural and international diversity; Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications; Experience working with ERP's/Power BI experience is a plus; Proficient in MS office tools.
