Qualifications You have successfully completed your Master’s Degree.5 to 8 years’ experience in a strategic/business analysis/product owner role during multiple CRM projects (discovery, assessments, implementations & improvements)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools (certifications are a plus).Experience in service design methodologies (persona, customer journey, service blueprints) and translating into technical solutionsKnowledge of Agile and experience to act as Scrum Master is a key advantageTrilingual:
Dutch, French and EnglishYou have a creative and analytical mind, can explore options and synthesize these into conclusions.
