In this position you will work in a department that is working hard to make the energy transition a reality, both nationally and internationally.What will you be doing?As a BusinessApplicationsprofessional you will be responsible for maintaining and improving E-business platforms that were integrated with the ERP system (SAP) for the respective region to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction.
The main responsibilities consist of the following:
Single point of contact for E-business for customers, partners, sales & order management.Onboarding and training of (new) E-business customers and maintaining user data base.Administration of master data and ensuring the data quality.Error resolving / Troubleshooting for the E-business platform.Together with IT ensuring dataflow between the E-business platform and the ERP system.Reporting of E-business usage to management and to the sales organization.Analysis of customers and potentials.Driving initiatives for improvements and implementation processes of new systems (E-business; ERP).Supporting business users with functional-technical questions regarding the systems (E-business; ERP) you manageImplement and support key user team as SAP key expert.
Curious to know if you are the colleague we’re looking for? You have a bachelor’s (e.g.
Business IT Management) or master’s degree in IT or business administration.You have minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position.Profound knowledge of SAP is a requirement.You have a good commercial understanding of what’s driving the business, be a good team player and have a great ability to build relationships, either with our HQ teams (mainly in Germany) or with Business Users.You are also someone who can identify problems, organize problems, identify solutions, and implement solutions.You are fluent in Dutch and English.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
