Responsibilities • Lead the BusinessApplication & EmployeeExperienceSquad, consisting of developers, analysts, architects, and foster a culture of agility, expertise, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solutions using Microsoft 365 technology, such as Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and Dynamics 365.
• Ensure the quality, security, scalability, and usability of the solutions, following the best practices and standards of Microsoft and the organization.
• Collaborate with other squadleads, product owners, stakeholders, and customers to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback, and provide solutions that add value and enhance the user experience.
• Manage the squads project budget, resources, planning, risks and issues, and report on the squads progress, achievements, and challenges.
• Coach, mentor and develop the squad members.
• Demonstrate a strong vision and strategic thinking on the direction and opportunities that Microsoft is pursuing with its Microsoft 365 products.
Align the squads goals & roadmap with the current and future trends as well as end user’s needs.
Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams in the Microsoft domain, preferably in the Microsoft 365 technology.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft products and technologies, such as Power Platform, Viva, Teams, SharePoint, Azure PaaS, and Dynamics 365.
• Proven ability to define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the squad, and deliver solutions that meet the business and user needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and ability to work effectively in a international, cross-functional and agile environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and ability to inspire, motivate and empower the squad.
• Experiences as Solution Architect within the Office 365 domain is a plus.
