Your Scope The IT team of around 60 internal employees, spread across the different locations of Ardo, will be led by the Group IT Director.
Within Belgium IT there are +25 employees working together in teams focusing on infrastructure, applications and analytics.Today Ardo is going through multiple transformations, one of these with the goal to create an efficient IT structure and innovative IT landscape that prepares them for the future (growth):
The global implementation of S/4HANATransforming from a local approach to a more centralized approach by creating a Group IT structure with a center of excellence in BelgiumCreating a more uniform IT landscape:
i.e., 1 ERP/SAP system, using the same IT methodologies,Redesigning their IT team towards a Plan, Build and Run concept.
Your role and responsibilities:
You act as the SAP SD Solution Architect, together with the SAP Template team of the external partner, responsible from A-Z for the Sales/SAP SD scope and architecture in function of:
The planned roll-outs of S/4HANA; The future improvements/ digitalization of the Sales processDuring those roll-outs you identify the potential gaps in the current template and develop and improve the existing deployment template.You play an active role during the realization phase, Go-live and the aftercare.
You actively support a team of functional analysts in SAP, including demonstrating and explaining processes and coordinating projects within S/4HANA.
Together with the Group Application Manager and IT Director, you will be responsible:
For mapping and setting up to roadmap to digitalize the customer service and e-commerce processes.To select the vendor/tool.To oversee the design of the solution and the implementation.
Your profile You have a minimal of 5-7 years of experience with sales processes and SAP SD.You should have prior experience in an architectural role or a keen interest in pursuing a career as an architect/You have a good understanding of the CRM and e-commerce processes and solutions or are willing to dive into this domain.Experience in S/4HANA is a plus.You have good analytical skills, with both detail and helicopter view.You have strong communication skills and know how to work together with different stakeholders.Language skills:
English is a must; Dutch and French are an asset.You are willing to travel for short trips within Europe.
