Integrate discovery data into the larger data repository of our organization.
Tailor the electronic notebook system to meet the needs of end users working in the lab.
Integrate protein sequence databases into the electronic lab notebook system.
Facilitate the generation of electronic lab notebook dashboards and subsequently retrieve data in an end-user-friendly format.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement a robust mechanism for the automatic ingestion of external data, ensuring seamless integration with our existing data infrastructure.
Contribute to the development and efficient integration of software applications in Discovery, enhancing the efficiency of data processing and analysis, and contributing to our overall success.
Leverage public antibody sequence databases to augment our antibody engineering capabilities.Identify and proactively address suboptimal aspects of the role, working with the team to implement improvements.Desired skills, experience and challenges:
