Generate and analyze monthly reports, including revenue and KPI metrics, for the head of billing.Maintain documentation, train staff, and implement enhancements to billing systems.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and project managers, to ensure accuracy and compliance in billing processes. You will be working with Controlling, Head of Billing-Head of accounting-external - or internal audit for audit inspection.
Work with Proposals & contracts team – when required review initial budgets & MSA’s and update MSA/Contracting overview sheetUtilize effective people management skills to lead and support the billing team in their responsibilities.
These responsibilities and activities collectively contribute to the efficient functioning of Cerba Research financial operations, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
