You will occasionally be involved in customer projects and shape the future of beverages with a focus on Alcoholic Drinks.

Your key responsibilities • Selection and evaluation of the right flavor solution in compliance with performance, legal, costs, clients & applications requirements • Creation and production of beverage concepts, sometimes in large quantities.
• Perform stability tests and/or routine beverage analysis (pH, Brix, Titrable Acidity, Turbidity, Viscosity) to evaluate the performance of our flavors in application.
• Maintenance of beverage lab equipment.
• Shipment of flavor & beverage samples.

• Hands on laboratory experience in formulation of beverages (especially beer or spirit), including tasting and sensory evaluation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (pasteurization, compounds) linked to beverage development.
• Good organization skills.
Ability to multi-task.
• Good communication skills, in oral and written English.
French or Dutch a plus.
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams).
Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP and CRM systems is advantageous.
