The tasks require precision and skill, and are as diverse as the projects themselves:
Diagnosing and analyzing moisture problems in basements Preparing surfaces by cleaning and levelling them out Applying waterproofing materials such as bitumen, resins, and special coatings Installing drainage and ventilation systems to prevent moisture problems Performing repairs on existing waterproofing systems Working according to safety standards and healthy working guidelines Clear communication with the team and clients on the status and progress of the work Job Requirements You have experience with waterproofing works or a strong interest in learning the trade You are detail-oriented and have an eye for quality, essential for delivering high-standard work Very good knowledge of English is required, with a willingness to learn Dutch for efficient communication on-site A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team A valid VCA certificate or the willingness to acquire one.
