Rôles & Responsabilités In order to expand our team, DynaFin is currently seeking a skilled trilingual BusinessAnalyst Consultant to lead projects from inception to deployment.
The incumbent will play a pivotal role in various aspects of project implementation and operational efficiency enhancement.

Responsibility :
- Collaborate closely with the project leader throughout project phases. - Adhere to the project methodology and roadmap outlined by Group Risk Operational Risk Management. - Participate in coordination meetings. - Analyse existing procedure inventory to identify any gaps, facilitating the mapping of procedures in Risk360. - Liaise with Finance contributors to gather necessary information for Meta data fiches completion. - Ensure data quality and dashboarding integrity in Risk360. - Compile and maintain an accurate inventory of Finance SLAs to ensure completeness and currency. - Contribute to the closure process of recommendations in a timely and efficient manner. - Define a local mapping of all Group roles and responsibilities outlined in the Finance & Strategy charter. - Conduct gap analyses and provide justifications where necessary.
Profil - Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the Finance department of a financial institution. - Fluent in Dutch, English and French. - Project management skills to support project initiatives. - Ability to translate analyses into comprehensive requirements. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Certification in process optimization and change management. - Understanding of workflow processes and (Operational Permanent) Control & Banking Knowledge.
