Your Skills and Experiences Master’s degree in mechatronics/electromechanical Engineering/engineering or equal level by experience, and/or practical experience in the field of automation controls or software engineering;Experience in operations management and/or engineering preferably in an automated environment; Strong sense of curiosity and technical interest; Strong analytical and (creative) problem-solving skills to be able to understand, control and influence all ins and outs of a complex technical setup;Exceptional conceptual and process thinking skills, bringing innovative perspectives and the ability to streamline complex ideas into actionable strategies;You are a true team player with effective interpersonal skills who is able to take the lead in project meetings; you are also comfortable with ambiguity and stepping out of your comfort zone while acquiring new skills;Excellent command of English and Dutch.
