Suivre, vérifier et valider les documents.Suivre les projets de conception, programmations et mises en service des systèmes automatisés en parallèle de la mission de maintenance.Rechercher et rassembler des données concernant les nouveaux produits en terme de fonctionnement afin de faire des choix judicieux.Elaborer toute autre installation électrique ou électronique étant nécessaire à notre site.Améliorer la communication entre le HE et le CE via un système informatique industriel.
Qualifications Vous disposez d’un master d’ingénieur ou d’un baccalauréat avec expérience.Vous disposez d’une bonne connaissance générale de la suite Microsoft Office 365.Vous disposez d’une connaissance des systèmes de programmation tels que PLC Siemens S7, PCS7, WinCC, Schneider instrumentation (capteurs, mode de transmission des signaux de mesure), les actionneurs (moteurs AC, DC, vannes, électrovannes, vérins,..
.
), le réseau Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, architecture, configuration, tests et validation, le système de variation de vitesse DC et AC (ABB et/ou Siemens, le système de régulation PID, topologies de régulation et le programmation Grafcet.Vous avez une capacité à rédiger des documents techniques de qualité (analyses fonctionnelles, modes opératoires, fiches techniques, rapports, etc).Vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.Vous disposez d’une connaissance du langage de programmation STAUBLI Val 3.Vous êtes capable d’apprendre le fonctionnement et la configuration de nouveaux produits et d’en maîtriser toutes ses spécificités en autoformation ou en formation interne/externe.Vous vous maintenez en permanence en « veille technologique ».
