TeamYou will join our Banking, RiskManagement and BusinessResilienceAudit team, which consists of eight colleagues.
Role & Responsibilities As an AuditManager, you will be responsible for, or chip in to, the execution of audit assignments in the internal audit domain of RiskManagement, Banking & BusinessResilience across the entire Euroclear Group.
You will report to the Audit Director and collaborate with the Senior AuditManager.Key activities include Lead or contribute to audits in the domain; Prepare audit work programmes in relation to the specific areas to be audited; Complete all audit assignments in accordance with audit professional standards and the Euroclear Group Audit Methodology; Produce quality work papers as required by the Euroclear Group Internal Audit Methodology; Raise relevant risk control issues, identify root causes, to trigger improvement actions; Verbally communicate results in a clear and problem-solving manner; Write clear reports to formally communicate audit results to Management; When owning an audit, demonstrate autonomy in audit planning, implementing and reporting, which includes:
Coordination of the assignment; Management of all communication; Tracking of the audit planning and budget with regular progress reports to AuditManagement; Reliability, quality of the work and deliverables; You will also contribute to the regular auditrisk assessments and continuous businessaudit monitoring, collaborating closely with management, to provide input for the audit plan.
You will follow-up the implementation of agreed action plans.
Required qualifications Education and skills The qualifications and skills specified below are the minimum we expect from an ideal candidate.
However, we will still be delighted to hear from you even if you don’t tick every specified requirement – you may be our new colleague.! You hold a Master's degree; You have profound experience in the Banking and RiskManagement areas.
In particular, but not limited to Financial (Credit, Liquidity, Market) RiskManagement, and related regulations (such as CRR/CRD, and processes (such as ICLAAP ; You have worked at least 7 years as an internal auditor (Third Line).
Working experience in the Second Line level (RiskManagement/Compliance) will be an added advantage; You possess good knowledge and understanding of BusinessResilience & Recovery and related regulations (such as BRRD) and processes; You have experience and knowledge of Auditing Standards; You hold an internal audit certification or are committed to acquire such certification (for example CIA, CISA, CFA).
Other relevant certifications will be an added advantage (such as Enterprise RiskManagement, Financial RiskManagement).
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; You are open to travel to the other Euroclear entities when needed (10%).
