Within the tribe, five squads are at the forefront, developing and managing the MyStandards and Swift Translator product suite.
This suite is designed to make the financial industry more efficient in interoperating, implementing, and handling of standards and formats.What to expectAssist in the definition of product requirements and in the development of improved/new product concepts or features based on customer needs.Collaborate closely with the different Product Owners to help shaping the product vision, strategy and roadmaps.Assist in the production of detailed product requirements and associated business cases.Participate in product launch projects by assisting in the coordination of all aspects of the marketing plan (product/ pricing offer, order-to-cash process, promotion, development of user documentation, training of sales force and customers, etc.)Assist in the management of products through their life cycle by monitoring their P&L and suggesting product improvements.Be able to make product presentations to internal or external audiences to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.Keep abreast with industry trends and share relevant information with the team.What will make you successful?A university degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in a product or market management role.Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to react quickly to identified opportunities.Developing business acumen with an eagerness to understand and address customer challenges effectively, given the significant customer interaction involved.Developing communication and writing skills, open to modifying communication style to optimize understanding by various stakeholders while respecting diverse perspectives.Developing customer orientation, with a focus on making customers and their needs a primary consideration in decision-making and strategy development.Eagerness to cultivate and expand a robust external/internal network.Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).Exposure or interest in financial standards, formats, or financial software business is an asset.Awareness or interest in Swiftstandards, interface products, and message flows is a significant advantage.Exposure or interest in working in an Agile environment is a plus.What we offerWe put you in control of careerWe give you a competitive packageWe help you perform at your bestWe help you make a differenceWe give you the freedom to be yourselfWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
