Manage and support the development, implementation and optimisation of software solutions within our OperationalTechnology environment.
Lead OperationalTechnology (OT) Cyber Security and contribute to the development of the future state of OT Cyber across CCEP, defining the OT cybersecurity strategy in line with the security policies and compliance requirements.
What will be expected of you Develop and guide the implementation of OT software strategy, defining the CCEP tools for the future aligned with CCEP One Supply Chain Strategy.
Support and guarantee that the standards and procedures defined within CCEP are followed through to delivery and on-going operation and ensure that they are cost effective, legally compliant, safe and effectively managed.
Provide technical guidance and support to all stakeholders internally and externally to deploy all E&AN projects, evaluating plans, identifying solutions and assisting with project implementation in a cost effective and timely manner.
Design, implement and improve robust cybersecurity measures and procedures for our operationaltechnology systems and create a cybersecurity culture within the CS&SC team.
Monitor and assess vulnerabilities and associated risks and when needed develop and implement the remediation strategies for the entire CCEP and make sure they are in line with CCEP master plans and cost effective.
Implement a culture of continuous improvement, regularly assessing the performance of operationaltechnology software and cybersecurity measures and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Guarantee that the OperationalTechnology projects are completed on budget, quality and time following CCEP’s project management procedures.
Manage and mentor a team of high performing professionals, fostering an internal and external collaborative and innovative work environment.
Ability to communicate complex technical information in a concise, clear and understandable manner to ensure stakeholder involvement Be able to influence and network with stakeholder (internal & external) effectively at all levels to gain understanding and engagement for chosen strategies, approaches and issues? Develop the technical expertise of responsible engineers at production facilities through documentation and structured training opportunities.
Qualifications required Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Fluent knowledge of English language.
Experience required Proven experience of more than 10 years in a similar roles.
Background in industrial automation, software development, and a proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions in an operational setting.
Leadership and project management experience in transformational initiatives.
Strong background in industrial cybersecurity, risk management, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with securing operationaltechnology environments.
Technical skills required Strong understanding of OperationalTechnology solutions and trends, and compliance fo OT security Knowledge and practical experience of industrial network systems.
Experience of working with Cyber related tooling, polices and processes.
Behavioural competencies Strong Time Management and Project Management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and able to switch between keeping an overview and diving into details, able to prioritize under strict deadlines.
