Test code & calculation creation, verification, compilation into test panels where needed, and QC.
Checking consistency of information obtained from the lab (in close collaboration with Scientific Liaison team).
Updating test code information when needed.
Configuring quality checks to trace inconsistencies in results received from the lab.Ensuring harmonized reporting across different labs.Implementing correct and relevant safety alert values, reference ranges and stability information.Impact assessment based on changes communicated by the lab (in close collaboration with Scientific Liaisons).Documenting and filling of relevant documents linked to the test code creation process.Assisting in troubleshooting questions from internal & external stakeholders about Lab test Knowledge Center database.Supporting the continuous improvement of the Lab test Knowledge Center.Quality:
incident registration; support in the resolving of CAPAs and QEsSupport the subject matter expert in creating / updating documents in VeevaSupport in internal and strategic projectsNote:
as AssociateDataManager you will liaise with more experienced colleagues for cases / tests with a higher complexity.
Your qualifications:
You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent experience in one of the identified key fields of interest of Cerba ResearchBasic Knowledge on the various “standard” clinical laboratory testing (hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immune assays, etc.), either from a scientific point or from a database management point, or both.Analytical mindsetYou are highly organized and rigorous with great attention to detailsYou communicate in a clear way to technical and non-technical teams, and to cross-functional teamsWith a hands-on mentalityYou like to be part of an international team Working at Cerba Research Cerba Research is growing fast on a global scale.
