This role will be the link between our sales, finance, vertically integrated operations, and creative agency teams.The AssociateBrandManager must have excellent project management skills and must be able to take a project and run with it at any stage.
They must stay abreast of the competitive environment, market trends, and world events that could impact commercial plans.
Flexibility is key for this position, as the perfect candidate must be able to adjust plans and strategies according to a variety of changing conditions, including logistical demands and management direction.The AssociateBrandManager will work with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and execute marketing plans that support the fast growth of our diverse businesses.
The position will report to the Marketing Director.Job DescriptionResponsible for driving cross-functional organization, planning, and execution of marketing programs and campaignsPartner with Marketing Director and external agencies to define creative, media, and PR strategies, providing direction for our marketing/creative campaignsLeverage multiple data sources to analyze the performance of our brands, as well as relevant categories, and tracks key success metrics around our marketing efforts.

Candidate must be domiciled in BelgiumUp to 3 years marketing experience within the FMCG industry, preferably food - relatedBA degree in Marketing or related field; MBA is a plusExcellent project management skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills that facilitate interdivisional networkingAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentProficient understanding of the following areas:
packaging, advertising, promotions, point-of-sale marketingStrong analytical acumen to offer fact-based strategic insightsExperience working with syndicated data, preferably Circana or ACNielsenLanguages:
