Our Banking and Finance team In our Banking & Finance team, our banking lawyers provide expert advice on a wide variety of international and domestic financing transactions, including acquisition finance, project development and finance, real estate finance, debt capital markets, general corporate lending and receivables and asset based lending.
We are a young and dynamic team that serve a variety of Belgian and international investment banks, international and domestic banks, asset managers, investment funds, private equity sponsors, contractors, other financial institutions, industry bodies and sovereign entities.
Who we are looking for To sustain the growth in our Banking & Finance team, we are looking for a lawyer with one to five years of experience who wants to join our practice.
Requirements You hold a Master of Laws degree from a Belgian university with a good academic record You have between 1 – 5 years of experience working as a lawyer in a reputable Belgian, European or international law firm or as in-house counsel with a particular focus on financing transactions You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a multidisciplinary mindset; you show an interest in matters that go beyond your comfort zone and take initiative in searching for solutions together with your team members You are fluent in Dutch or French, and are fluent in English An additional foreign law degree and / or traineeship in international business law firm is a plus You are an excellent communicator and team player Benefits We offer you the opportunity to unleash your potential and to work in a stimulating, enriching and international environment with a fun and friendly atmosphere.
