and experience, butwe will only consider the very best people!THE RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary responsibility for the customer-facing operations of the experience such as bookings,up-selling and customer satisfactionSupport in the recruitment, training, management and coaching of all Experience HostsPlanning staff schedules according to business levels and delivering daily team huddlesMaintenance of all building facilities including planned preventative maintenance, organising building servicing, fulfilling staff health & safety requirements and ownership of stock managementSupporting in the local marketing of the experience and weekly venue reportingDaily Experience Host duties including engaging with guests in all areas of the customer journey, processing walk ups & merchandise sales and maintaining a clean & organised venueTHE REQUIREMENTSExtensive understanding of operations procedures - experience in entertainment industry is idealStrong people management and leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and deliveringHigh quality customer serviceProactive and hands-on attitude to venue management with a strong health and safety focusExperience working in a fast paced environment, whilst driving financial KPIs and service standardsExperience of running corporate events and partiesKnowledge of working to labour budgets and understanding of P&L management is a bonusAn interest in travel is beneficial as there may be the opportunity travel to other locations as the company expandsTHE ROLEFull time (weekend and evening work will be required)Conversational French and English is a must, Dutch is a bonus€45,000 - €55,000 dependent on experience COREcruitment BrusselsBrussels
