Accurately assessing and addressing the priorities of outstanding issues.Designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans.Developing test plans, cases, and scripts and executing them yourself.Utilizing automation tools and frameworks to improve and streamline test processes.Sharing valuable insights about the daily use of the applications with developers and analysts.Regularly conducting training sessions for end-users.Sharing responsibility for documentation.
Who are we looking for? You already have experience in ApplicationSupport.You possess analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset, translating into concrete results.You work accurately and thoroughly.Experience in the Microsoft stack (O365, SQL, Azure, .NET, etc.) is a plus.Knowledge of Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence) and TestRail is an asset.You can independently manage and expand the support organization.Knowledge of reporting tools is a plus.You are highly communicative and able to convey complex technical information understandably to end-user.You speak fluent Dutch and English.
