BBBH 25087 Key Responsibilities Log and manage user requests/incidents via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions.
Provide technical support, investigate issues, and determine appropriate solutions.
Keep users informed on request status and progress.
Participate in development team meetings.
Enhance documentation and create FAQs based on user inquiries.
Utilize analytical skills to understand processes and propose solutions.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and quick response to user needs.
Maintain high communication standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate effectively in an international/multicultural environment.
Requirements 1+ years of experience in user support.
European level C1 in French and English is mandatory.
Any other language is an asset.
ITIL Foundation Certified nice to have.
