WHAT WOULD KEEP YOU BUSY You will be the steward of application lifecycle management for some of our line of business applications, such as asset managementServing as a direct liaison with our business users, you will provide unwavering application support, conduct requirement analyses and lead change management endeavorsYou will craft and refine digital business processes across various tools and applications, harmonizing integrations in close partnership with stakeholdersMaintaining meticulous documentation of processes, applications, and integrations will be your forte, providing the foundation for dependable operations and change management in our ever-evolving infrastructureYou will manage and collaborate with external service providers and development teamsYou will lend your expertise to the design, development, and upkeep of reports and dashboards within our central data analysis hub, Microsoft Power BIYou will play a pivotal role in advancing the automation of IT internal processes for user and application lifecycle management WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR TEAM If you are excited about joining our team, here is what we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
A degree in computer science or comparable educationSignificant experience in roles such as application management, systems integration specialist, or similar capacities.
Expertise in (ideally agile) project and change management, requirements analysis and stakeholder managementStrong communication skills to convey complex technical issues to business users, understand requirements and align with stakeholdersSound knowledge of the general usage of REST APIs and design of ETL processes for cloud-based services integration, databases and analysis tools.
Know-how of Azure data integration services, such as Data Factory or Synapse Analytics, is a plusStrong understanding of software architecture, system landscapes, data models and both relational and NoSQL databases, ideally on the Azure platform, such as Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB or managed SQL serviceBasic know-how in data analysis software, ideally Microsoft Power BI, and document management based on Microsoft SharePoint OnlineA strong analytical and meticulous approach to your work with the diligence and care to craft enduring and resilient solutions WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU At AlphaTrains we have a mission:
