Build deep relationships with corporate issuers to understand their Investor Relations needs and to provide solutions using full range of Euronext Advisory & IR Solutions services.
Work with Analysts to build reports analysing ownership of client shares by institutional investors.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESAs AnalystShareholderAnalysis, you will:
Produce ShareholderAnalysis Reports (SHAN) & help build client relationships in France, Belgium, Norway, the Netherlands, Italy etc.Understand the role of an Investor Relations Officer and how ShareholderAnalysis services the IR functionAnalyse local share registers with Shareholders Rights Directive II and complete shareholderanalysis reports for listed companies in Europe of all market sizes and sectorsUnderstand institutional shareholding movements and provide intelligence on investor behaviour.Able to explain to client movements in shareholder base vs.
market/sector/peersInteractions on client project basis, be knowledgeable of client sector & peers, client’s IR calendar and activities and follow relevant news flowProduce and present SHAN reports with the SHAN manager and help develop reference accountsIdentify needs with the SHAN manager based on client feedback/market trendsReport to the ShareholderAnalysis ManagerSupport the IR & Advisory Team on deliverables concerning all topics and mandates based on workflow and prioritiesPROFILE AND SKILLSEuronext is looking at the following profile:
