Representing Clients' Interests You collect information from other departments within and outside of our organization You keep internal customers informed of developments.
You work closely with other ProductOwners (internal and external) You examine the impact of the changes on your internal customers and prepare for the change if necessary.
You keep in mind the end user and ensure that the solution is user-friendly and meets their needs.
You conduct UX research to find out the needs of the end user.
Determination of business requirements and follow-up of the backlog You choose new tools (Media monitoring tools by doing Swot analysis / market analysis) You write user stories for the agile team, based on business requirements You ensure clear communication with the team so that everyone is aware of the goals and requirements of the projects they are working on.
This involves providing a clear description of each user story in the Product Backlog.
You coordinate the testing of the solution and provide comprehensive feedback to the development team.
You are responsible for making decisions with the team and prioritize the backlog.
You will be responsible for the follow-up and maintenance of existing projects.
Follow up and collaborate with the agile team You follow the functional analysis and provide feedback to the functional analyst.
You make decisions when necessary.
You make the final decision and are responsible for the solution and the decisions made.
You keep an eye on the progress of the project and follow up on it.
You follow the budget and make the necessary adjustments.
A global approach You act as a point of contact/expert when other ProductOwners need it.
You will delve deeper into the trends and developments of web and digital services.
Qualifications Your profile You preferably have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience.
You have a clear interest in web and digital projects, and you quickly get used to digital applications and programs.
You are analytical and critical by nature.
You question the solutions.
You will work closely with various parties You can quickly get acquainted with new materials.
You are able to set priorities.
You are resistant to stress.
Experience as a digital productowner, or in general with digital projects, is a plus.
You are fluently French-speaking and work in an English-speaking.
