Liaise with customs authorities and ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and promptly.
Organize and track shipments, handling any issues or delays proactively to prevent disruptions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational challenges and provide seamless end-to-end solutions.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices related to airfreight operations.
Essential Job Functions Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in air export operations within the logistics industry.
In-depth knowledge of airfreight procedures, export regulations, and customs clearance processes.
Proficiency in using transportation management systems and related software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach to address operational challenges.
Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereofTwo to three years industry experience preferred.
