The Agile PMO takes the lead to identify, design and implement new, common, agile practices, methodologies or tools.
This also includes the onboarding of new teams or RT’s into the common agile methodology as well as starting up new CoP’s.Relentless Improvements:
Agile PMO supports and challenges the existing RT’s, agile teams and CoP’s to relentlessly improve their performance through evolving the existing methodology, practices, tool setup and data intelligence on the delivery performance.RESPONSIBILITIESAs direct report of the Head of PMO, accountable for the agile PMO, the agile PMO officer takes up the following responsibilities:

The Agile PMO officer takes the lead to identify, design and implement new, common, agile practices, methodologies or tools, together with the Release Train engineers Drive the onboarding of new agile teams and CoP’sDevelop and implement performance measurements to increase quantity and/or quality of output and to report it to resource managers/project managers, senior management and to the whole of the delivery organizationPropose, prioritize and implement new tools or improvements to the tools to gain efficiencies, to simplify, or to fulfill the needs of the current or future way of working of working.Relentless ImprovementsCoach the growth of the agile teams and RT’s from a data driven perspective Support the organization of the CoP’s, follow up on their state & lifecycle of the CoP's and facilitate cross fertilization between CoP’sCentralize methodology Improvements provided by CoP's and support them in landing the change in the organizationManage the Agile PMO tools:
Manage the Life cycle mgmt to meet the needs of the organizationManage the related application boards for the scrum teamsIntegrate the operations of the toolsSafeguard the quality of operational performanceManage quality control and impose corrective measuresManage the knowledge & training for the toolsSKILLSComfortable and flexible in operating within in a fast-changing environment, acting as a change enabler to internal clientsAbility to advise and interact with all levels of managementExperience in Agile methodologies is required with a preference for SAFe methodologyActing as a change ambassadorInnovative to problem solving and process optimizationOrganizational skills in order to manage and priorities work and initiatives under deadlinesStrong structuring, analytical and process skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skillsStress resistant and demonstrate patience, tolerance and resilienceBACKGROUNDSolid educational background, Masters degree required.
Preferably commercial engineer/MBA level.Preferably certified in an Agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe), familiarity with ITIL is a plus.Affinity with or interest in the market and current trends of Agile Project Management toolingThe ideal candidate for this position should have relevant experience in process management, agile working, application ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence an entire department.Business proficient in Dutch/French and EnglishExperience with Business Intelligence or Data Analysis is a strong plus.
