Ensure delivery of project on time, within budget and on scope.

Hence, we are looking for an AdoptionExpert to join the team and drive end-to-end process' reviews in our division and to coordinate and closely follow up on the implementation of the changes.
The AdoptionExpert will have a great deal of autonomy and will partner with the business during the process analysis, re-design and implementation phases in scope of the end-to-end streams.
The role is accountable to improve the benefits of organisational change.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in end-to-end (E2E) process reviews from analysis to implementation, mostly in regard to the digital workspace Build a deep understanding of and document the as-is E2E process and identify the struggles/gaps in the process, facilitate re-design workshops and build and coordinate the roll-out of the implementation plan in close collaboration with the business authorities, process owners and line management Seek opportunities for operational improvements using new technologies, innovation, and digitalisation Ensure operational readiness prior to the implementation of new or reviewed processes Supervise the adherence to the changes and the impacts Regularly report on progress, potential issues, and successes Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
Facilitate and support all Scrum/Kanban events, such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, For Kanban they will include the Replenishment Meeting, the daily, and the need for regular Inspect and Adaption Requirements:
Experience in project and/or change management Continuous improvement demeanor and challenge the way things are done by looking for ways to improve efficiency and strengthen the controls.
Your drive inspires others and in result, contributes to strengthening the continuous improvement culture within the Division Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills A PROSCI certification or equivalent to demonstrate your capabilities in Change Management Very good communication and influencing skills and feel comfortable to be exposed to different management levels Experience in process and/or journey mapping and an affinity with new technologies and innovation Knowledge of an agile framework or method (.
