You will be providing all-round administrative support to the lawyers and the Office Manager.

You will provide them with all-round administrative support.

Salary package :

monthly salary in line with experience.

This is a permanent contract.The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :

•Agenda management and travel arrangements •Handling the library•Assisting with billing management •Organizing events•Proofreading and editing various legal documents •Assisting with administration activities for the officeEssential Skills and Experience :

•Excellent French and English language skills (written and spoken) •You have a Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial/Office studies or equivalent by experience •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Well-organized, solution oriented, good multitasker and discreet •You already have a first experience in a similar role (preferably in a legal environment) •Very good knowledge of Microsoft OfficeInterested ?
