You will provide financial insights to senior management and play a crucial role in shaping the company's economic strategy.
Your key responsibilities will be:
You organize all day-to-day accounting processes and staff; You direct the monthly accounting closing procedure; You oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements by Belgian GAAP & IFRS; You coordinate the external audits; You closely collaborate with the FP&A team to support the budgeting & forecasting processes; You continuously seek improvements in the organisation of processes; You build and lead a high-performance accounting team; You ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments; You contribute to projects that impact financial procedures and tools.
Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; Experience with Belgian Accounting; Senior Financial leader, preferably in a global company; Strong knowledge of Belgian GAAP, IFRS and/or US GAAP; You communicate fluently in English and Dutch, both spoken and written; You thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
Nice to have:
Experience with Private Equity environment and SaaS reporting.
