You have at least 3 years of experience as an AccountManager in an agency You have demonstrated experience in developing and executing eye-catching and successful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
You get excited to make relevant proposals and win deals based on account targets (turnover, satisfaction, etc).
You are proactive and advisory towards your customer.
You are a people person and involve the right profiles in the right project and stimulate cooperation with the various departments within iO.
You are ultimately responsible for the budgets, annual plans and projects .
You understand the importance of a well-oiled team and you actively coach your account executives and managers to do their best work and grow.

The Account Executive with whom you work closely is lucky - you know how to guide and co-manage their workload perfectly Proficiency in both spoken and written French or Dutch , in addition to English, is required.
