We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise.The RoleThe purpose of the role is to support our Rewards Data Intelligence Practice covering areas such as sales, marketing, client management, client survey support and compensation data analytics.
The role will be assisting the growth and profitability of the unit by:
Managing and supporting clients through the participation process.
Managing and expanding prospects and existing client relationships.
Assisting in various aspects of the survey operations and marketing.
Delivering rewards-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and pay assessments. Responsibilities will include:
Supporting new and existing clients with compensation survey participation and an optimal overall experience. Growing database participation and data robustness by maintaining close relationships with clients and networks, and supporting industry product leaders Selling industry and country focused compensation/benchmark reports or other insights available in our portfolio.
Ensuring effective contracting Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met.
Conducting and supporting client presentations and events Providing clients with pay assessment of roles. Supporting the generation of new business as part of the broader team and ensuring effective contracting Supporting compensation survey marketing, sales, and prospecting activities Providing project support to senior colleagues by researching, analyzing data, drafting reports and attending meetings.
