Act as the first point of contact for all non-managed customers to ensure we offer the best possible customer service.Act as the first point of contact for the customer in support of the Senior AccountManagers for transactional (sourcing & products) sales activities, and take end-to-end sales ownership.Take responsibility for the smooth communication and collaboration with colleagues and other departments to ensure we can offer the best possible services to customers.Generate opportunities in close collaboration with the Sector Leads depending on the topic and complexity, also take the sales responsibility or dispatch opportunities to colleagues (Senior) AccountManagers.Ensure professional usage of CRM and forecasting.At a later stage manage your own customer and prospect portfolio.
You will position the Inetum wide portfolio at these companies and initiate partnership interactions.In short, it’s your goal to support the sales steam in order to achieve our company sales objectives.
Next to that, you will have an important responsibility in selling transactional deals and in providing support and advice to customers.
You show them what technology and innovation can offer for the digital flows of their business.
Profile YOUR PROFILE:
You are passionate in selling solutions & services.You are passionate to follow the latest trends on what technology could mean for your customers’ business in different sectors and inspire them with it.Interest or affinity with the workings of cities and municipalities and/or the publicsector is a plus.You use all your sales and networking skills to get top-of-mind at your customers and target audience.You are a passionate in making contacts and have a sincere interest in the functioning of local governments.You have strong communication and presentation skills.You are open to work in an international environment, even if your sales area will be mostly in Belgium.You are fluent in Dutch, French as well as English.
