You will work closely with an experienced team of colleagues within the Service department.In this dynamic role, you will mainly focus on industrial end-users within the industry.
Together with the team, you will work together with the servicemanager, the service coordinators, work planners, project managers and the experienced service technicians in the field.You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships and promoting customer satisfaction.
You focus on quality of service and the further development of this.
In addition, you provide analyses and reports and implement improvement proposals.
To increase visibility and support among customers, you build an extensive network in a creative way.We are looking for someone with:
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a sales or account management position (preferably in a service organization).A Bachelor in engineering, such as Mechanical engineering, Power engineering, Electrical engineering, or a similar level through experience in a similar industry.Relevant product and material knowledge, experience in Refrigeration technology is an advantage.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.Pro-active Good command of the Dutch, English and French language.Ability to adopt a variety of communication styles and convey a persuasive message to both technical and non-technical individuals.Driving licence.
