Your role as the AccountManager is to liaise between Deliveroo and our restaurant partners in Belgium, specially in the Antwerp regionYou will work onsite from our offices in Brussels and also be on the road visiting your portfolio of partners.Your role will include:
Developing and managing long term strategic partnerships with national restaurant brandsEnsuring delivery of tailored partner specific projects to fulfil agreed goals from inception to implementationMonitoring and analysing performance of partner specific KPIs, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings with senior stakeholdersIncreasing revenue from existing accounts by consulting on best practice and developing partner strategiesWorking cross functionally within the business to optimise partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externallyManage the relationship with a large number of restaurant partners in order to ensure a win-win collaboration all over Belgium.
Requirements You will be passionate about food, love restaurants and are highly methodical with a strong sense of the commercial side of a business.1-2 years of Account management experienceGood knowledge of the restaurant industryDegree or equivalent academic qualificationsExcellent attention to detail and organisationTrilingual:
Dutch, French and English.
