Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities to develop the current portfolio in the assigned region.Expand products adoption within existing accounts.
Account Management:
Develop and maintain continuous collaboration with the current client's portfolio.
Product Expertise:
Represent the products and the brand expertise.
Stay updated on the features and the innovative medical and hygiene products in the portfolio.Customer Support:
Serve as main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Monitor and address customer feedback, working to continuously improve products and service.
Market Analysis and Strategy:
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to enhance product visibility.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities, sales forecast and customer interactions.
Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators, market trends and account status.As the successful AccountManager Wound Care Flanders, you will have the following requirements:
You have 5-years experience in Healthcare sector and ideally you are familiar with wound products.You have experience in Sales /Account Management, ideally as an Hunter Profile, with the willingness and dynamism to identify new opportunities.You are fluent in Dutch and you have a good knowledge in English.You are located in the Antwerp region.
