RESPONSIBILITIES Performs much of the day-to-day work on several accounts with assistance from senior staff as appropriate.Supports the development of communications presentations and proposals for clients.Develops agenda and plans client and internal meetings.Develops presentation materials for client meetings and event/year and activity wrap-up reports.Identifies and secures help on emerging account problems.Supports team in developing and presenting new business programs for potential and existing clientsWork with the account team to deliver campaigns on all touchpoints with a strong social component - integrated campaigns, activation campaigns, direct & digital campaigns, social campaigns - with great content at heart.Manage basic projects or aspects of larger campaigns independently and coordinates project delivery with client and agency teams.Manage key aspects of projects – in collaboration with the team – such as time plan, scope, status updates and finance tracker.
PROFILE 2-4 years experience in advertising/communications.
Previous experience in an advertising agency is a plus.A good understanding of the Belgian environment and stakeholders is a plus.Master French, Dutch & English.Strong aptitude for project management:
Aptitude for presentations.Self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair.
